incoming calls from MyDivert.com SIP number

Hello,

I didn't arrive to receive the calls from my DID number into my internal extension or call group.
I create a new SDA with SDA mask *530, port of Mydivert providers, connected.
I tried to connect the call to an extension, a group of calls.
I tried *194 SDA mask also but nothing is ringing ...
