Incoming calls go ananswerd

Hi All,

3CX on server 2012, Grandstream 4104 gateway. Testing this lot on the bench... All extensions can ring each other OK... outgoing calls just fine !

However incoming calls ring and ring... and in the server log I get :-

<phone no. calling in> had no available outgoing trunk(s) for Call(31)

Outgoing? all my calls are set to ring just one extension! I've played around with endless incoming rules etc but it makes no impact..

Help before I go insane....

Can you post the full logs so we can see whats going on?

Thanks for the reply David..

After much noodling I got it to work...
As server 2012 has a diabolical 1024x768 only display, the options "allow incoming / outgoing calls" from this extension rolled off the bottom of the screen...
