Is anyone else suddenly having problems with Patton FXO devices and pots lines? I had a new install with a Patton SN4141. 3cx on site. I could make calls from the phone system using the patton, but calls from outside just ring and ring for the caller and never ring internal. It isn't a site that is going live for a while, so I had time to work on it. But I had the phone company check the line, reinstalled 3cx from scratch, and tried another SN4141.
Then I have another site with a Patton SN4114 that has the same issue that I think appeared after I updated 3CX. I'm not sure what version I was before but I know I was 18. I've tried two SN4141 devices there.
I have a ticket open with patton, but it's going very slowly because I didn't pay for better support though the device is in warranty. I was thinking about opening a ticket with 3CX but I was trying to wait to get done with Patton.
