I posted this thread before
I have a situation here, and I hope I can find an answer. I have a customer who runs a retirement home business and has his own PBX.
If someone calls the retirement house after hours, it should go to a new number that we will host on 3CX, which is not a problem. However, he wants if the first person doesn't answer, the call should be forwarded to another external number. If the second person doesn't answer, it should then go to a third person.
Is that possible?
and i received the following answer
1. Create dummy extensions with the external number as mobile, then enable "ring mobile simultaneously"
2. Create a hunt ring group which includes the dummy extensions in the right order.
everything was working fine in V18
Now i am using 3cx free which is up to 3 user and I did same setup in V20 and it's not working.
Every time someone call he hear this message "the number is trying to reach is busy"
