Solved Incoming calls

I have the following problem with my ip phone:
1) Its calls itself (like if the extension of that phone is 800 i get a "call" from 800).
2) After that...i can't get incoming calls.
3) If i want to get incoming calls....first i have to make a call to any extension.
4) After that i can get incoming calls until...the phone calls itself again like number 1.

This is what i get if i make a call to that phone: 02/15/2022 6:01:49 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:259): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local

what can i do?

3cx Version: Standard Annual 18.0 update 2
3cx server is hosted by 3cx
Grandstream GXP1628 and Grandstream GXP1610

Assuming they are STUN phones? If so you want to review the article posted by @ConceptsWeb

To make your life so much easier, I suggest you install a sbc server - depending the number of phones

This way, you do not have to configure different sip , rtp ports, setup portfwarding , etc as per link post above

i checked everything in his article and i still got the problem

Each port have different sip port I.e phone 1 - port 5060, phone 2 - port 5062

Each phone has a different range of rtp port i.e. phone 1 port 14000 to 14019 , phone 2 port 14020 to 14039

Phones have a fixed IP address.

Setup port forwarding on the firewall, so that the correct sip , rtp ports are bing forwarded to the correct phone.

You have restarted the phones so it picks up the changes

its working now thank you all for the help....the problem was a update of our unifi network.
