Incoming ddi identification

Apologies for the thread title, not too sure of the feature name.

i have a system where they have two different companies. they have two ddi's and when a call comes in i would like for them to see the name of the ddi thats being rang.
Can this be linked to a line dss key?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, it cannot be linked to a BLF, but you can add the number the customer dialed by editing the inbound rule. Give the inbound rule a name, and that will display on their phones.

1. Select Inbound Rules
2. Edit rule
3. Place company name in the "Name" field.
