Incoming Display Name

Hi all,

Have a question about what is displayed on handsets and how to adjust.

Basically calls come in, follow the inbound rule and on my Yealink T46S handsets it is displayed like below;

InboundRule - CallersNumber
CallersNumber

Is there a way to remove the Callers number from the top line? I can see where to move the InboundRule text from front to the back from under Advanced>Contacts>Options and changing it from Prepend to Append but am not sure how to remove the CallersNumber from the top line of displayed text on these handsets.

Is the callers number sent twice because your provider is sending it it in the name field as well? I have seen that happen.
