The issue is,
We are unable to receive the incoming calls in 3CX mobile softphone when we are in GSM call.

FYI,

Incoming calls: When user is in GSM calls - While receiving incoming calls, its showing as missed calls.

Outgoing calls: When user is in GSM calls - While making outgoing calls, getting error as ''there is a GSM call''
