Incoming Messaging issue with Telnyx

We are having issue with delivery of SMSs to 3cx from Telnyx, 3cx ver is 18.0 Update 5 (Build 418), we are able to send message but not getting received incoming SMS's. whereas on other server with same configuration and ver we are able to send/receive. Telnyx verified that the messages are getting delivered to 3cx webhook successfully. Seems it s issue with the Facebook and SMS option , in update 5 SMS option is not available. in update 4 it was there. Our server is hosted in OVH cloud. Please help in this.

Hi uc.admin I had the same issue. You have to go to "Facebook and SMS option" and remove any SMS configuration that you may have there.
Then go to your Telnyx SIP trunk and click the SMS tab (last one the right). Make sure to paste your API key v2 and also verify the webhook didn't change, if so, copy it and paste it on the Telnyx portal - SMS connection.
Finally, go back to the user(s) and make sure they have the SMS option checked (General tab) and click and the drop-down to select the "route" for the SMS.

I am doing in the same way you motioned but no luck. we didn't have any thing configured in Facebook and SMS area, and did the route of SMS in the someway you saying and configured Telnyx also in same way. Another Idea, Whereas other server of same configuration works fine.

Ran into the same issue here.

Outbound SMS works, but Inbound has stopped.

I tried copying the files as @imperator suggested, but I'm still unable to receive SMS.

Have you been able to get this working?
