in the Server Status

My Sip provider is MyNetFone

Can anyone help?

Yeah and I get ????????????

No disconnect of the line?
No disconnect (eg your icon in 3cx is still orange) in 3cx?
No disconnect at the terminating end (eg called party)?
No disconnect at the originating end (eg calling party)?

Bit more info would be appreciated. for example what modem/ata are you using.

Keeping the line active after voip termination can be a few things. Most of the time it is related to the Disconnect Tone String. This is different by country (so whilst you at it please specify the country).

Also depending on your ATA you can have different configuration settings, like:

Control timer values
Call progress tones
On hook off hook settings.

You see there is a fair bit that can be configured to make it work or to make it stop work.

Your poste below does not help me much to narrow down the problem :-).
