Incomplete DID list

Hello from a newbie here...

I added DIDs as follows:
*300-*399
*900-*999

A long list has been created under "Inbound Rules", but there is only a total of 100 numbers there, does anyone know where the rest are? yes I did click on "...", they are not there. Thanks for your help.

I am noting this here for other people's benefit. My IE browser was causing the problem. I logged on with Chrome and all was fine.
