The 3CX web app at https://redacted.3cx.us/webclient/#/people has two search boxes. One searches the entire directory; the other searches only people in groups. When I search "all groups," I will not find the person I want to call if that person is not in any groups. This is confusing and frustrating.
Even if I train myself to use the "Enter Name or Number..." search box, I can only make calls; I cannot view somebody's custom status message nor add anyone to my favorites.
I would prefer to have a single search box that allows me to both search all people and perform all actions on a search result.
