Hi all,

There seems to be a major inconsistency with receiving calls via 3CX and the mobile app. At the moment due to working from home we have realised a few things. Our setup is : The user first calls they enter the queue, if the call isn't answered within 15 seconds it will redirect to a call group. The issue is, we could all be in the same room and say 2/3 mobile phones will ring some of us are getting the calls and some of us are getting none. These are mobile phone i.e using the 3CX app on both Android and iOS. We also have a SBC setup if that alters anything, I thought this may be due to latency some what because we're not working from home as it's normally fine in the office. Is this normal or am I missing something?

If the phone is not directly registered, then a message must be sent to wake up the App. It may be that some phones are still registered from a recent call, and some are not. Check the 3CX Activity log for n incoming call, and make note of which phones rang immediately. What was their status when the call came in, did they show as registered? If you are using the local Wifi, for the data connection (not the mobile provider data), then each phone will be connected on it's own tunnel (if enabled), and not be using the SBC. Perhaps some phone are using Wifi, and some the mobile providers data connection.
