INCONVENIENCE outgoing Calls With PSTN Line

Hello, look i have a inconvenience with PSTN line in the outgoing calls, when i make a call trought the PSTN LINE just RING one time after that Stop and looks like in the air...

I dont know what can be but i need to fix it as soon as possible...

All is ok i receive the calls good trought the pstn but can go out, before install this in the oficce i prove this in my house and is ok, i was thinking maybe for going out calls trought pstn i have to open ports>??

Can you post a log of what's happening from 3CX? Might help. What PSTN gateway are you using?

Im using PAP2-3000

I cant send you know a reply of the 3cx logs, but look fine normal as well... but just ring one time after that just looks in the air the comunication..

im using a SPA-3000
