Inconvenience Registering VOIP LIne

Hey i have a little inconvenince the voip provider lines are not registering, i dont know what can be wrong, say somehting like the STUN inconvenience and mention firewalls too, i will post a little things of the log.... i have 4 voip providers and the calls are going out but llook like are not registered

I just had this myself. I restarted the 3CX services and all was well again. Not sure what happened.

How many lines do you have? You have 4 VOIP lines listed here. How many PSTN lines do you have?

I just have 1 pstn line

I think the inconvenience is with the port of the router, i have to open i really dont know im confused about, it was working great in my house but when i installed in the office is not registering the line..

Im using 2 pap2 and 1 SPA-3000 so i have 5 extension and 1 pstn line..

Thats all and the calls are going out great trought the voip system but looks like are not registering the line.. and i restart the system many times

Have you opened every single port on your router needed for 3CX to work?
I have like this
Port opened: 3478 TCP and UDP
5060 TCP and UDP
9000-9020 UDP
