Hi,

3cx version: 18.0 (Build 965)
License: Professional Annual
OS: Debian

Been having this problem for a while now:

Im in South Africa so we do not use DST,
My Global timezone on 3cx is +2 Central African Time (I do not have a no DST option in case someone asks)
The device is a Yealink W60B and is set to use global time zone

if i go and force dst off on the device itself the time is correct until the device restarts and gets provisioned by the PBX in which case it set it back.

We are not using Custom Templates
I have set the timezone to something else, restarted services and then back again, no help.

We have a few PBX's with this problem,

If someone can please advise,

Thanks in advance

Hi Vince,

You can try the following setting on your FXS config page:

Save and then reboot your W60B, you should get GMT+2 No DST as a result.
