Hi,

A number of our users are asking if the volume for their calls can be increased and set permanently. Basically, the 3 ladies in our reception office have issues with hearing calls when there's a few people in our reception area. They increase the volume per call on their Yealink phones but once the call is over, it resets to the medium volume. Is there a way to set this to save the volume or to set it to reset to a higher volume?

Thanks,
Paul

Thats odd.

Just turned it up on my Yealink and the volume stays fine.

Are you using the latest FW?

what model are you using?

are they using headsets?

Key details are missing here.

That's odd...

The firmware is the latest

Phones are T46s and T42s

No headsets

Mine is T46G.

Now, If i dial the number then lift the handset to call, that initial ring shows as half volume every time but the volume is still full once call is initiated.

is that what they're seeing?

They are adjusting the calls to max volume whilst connected and having to do the same for each call.
