I apologize if this has been answered. I could not find anything, but I am not certain how to word the search.
We are using Startup Pro, and I would like the customer to hear our hours and location as a pre-recorded message by pressing a key, (i.e. "Press 1 for hours and location"), then returning to the main menu. I have discovered the prompt and exit, but is there a way to play the message then return to the reception menu again?
