Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for infoSet:
- Enter the main trunk number in the national format (e.g. 0597353000).
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
- Infoset trunks are 3CX Hosting compatible. Contact Infoset support to provide them with your 3CX FQDN. They will validate your FQDN and will allow you to register your trunk from any IP address.
