Inquiry Regarding Migration from Self-Hosted 3CX to On-Premise License

I have some information I would like to know, could you please assist me

If a customer is currently using a self-hosted 3CX system abroad and would like to migrate to a 3CX on-premise license, is it possible to back up the existing system and restore it to the new environment while continuing to use the same FQDN and existing data?

Hello,

With regards to 3CX both systems are externally hosted, so there should be no issue moving from one to the other via a backup.

You could even set up your 2nd server in standby and then make the switch.
