Insert Pause / Wait in saved number

Is there any way to save a number in the client apps (Windows, Android, etc) that includes Pauses and Waits?
Obviously this would need to be app or client-level functionality to send subsequent digits after the first initial dialed digits, but is supported on many other systems. I saw a few questions on this, but some of them were fairly old and I wasn't sure if maybe this has been added since then?

Theodore, is there a DTMF code for a pause. I would like to create a BLF for making connection to a doorpost and a pause and then the dial code for opening the door.
