Inserting calls into Microsoft SQL

Hi

I need to insert calls that are made into a Microsoft SQL database. I used the CRM Integration on my 3CX server and Enabled Call Journaling but it doesn't insert any calls into my database.

What am I doing wrong?

Please note that this only works when your database returns a contact during lookup. Call Journaling entries are bound to contacts, so this is a requirement.

If you need to add all your calls to your database, please consider importing the information from the CFDs generated by 3CX:
