Install integration not possible when maintenance is over ?

Hi,

Following some problems with our Freshdesk account, we have to reinstall the 3CX/Freshdesk integration.
I have deleted it on the account, but when trying to download the server side package, I get a message : Maintenance is expired, Updates are not available (on the download button).
The download button is clickable, but nothing happens. See attached file.
Does this mean that we are not able to install CRM integrations when our maintenance is over ? We have a perpetual licence and our maintenance has been expired since 25th of March 2019.

No, you can't get updates without maintenance.

I can't really see the point of this though. How is the fact that running on an expired maintenance 3CX impacts an integration that was working fine beforehand ? Are the CRM integration reviewed and proofed at each update (that could justify it) ?

The CRM feature is not limited. What is limited is the ability to download updates from 3CX.

OK, but then I'm back to square one : I am unable to download a CRM integration installation package, with an error message asking me to upgrade.
I don't want to download an update.

That's the point. The template IS an update that you can download from 3CX.

Hello @AlainC ,

Maintainance is required for the system in order to get the latest updates. The release of those updates requires a significant amount of internal work for development and verification.
