Install is gone...help!

My installation seemed to have disappeared. We were using the free version and had a 3cx sub domain, now I can not seem to access it at all. Did it get deleted?

How long were you using it? A year?

Hello @tfenrich

Was the instance hosted on the 3CX free hosting account? If so and the trial period ended then the instance would have been deleted automatically. If that is the case however you must have received a warning email prior to the deletion to the email used during the installation.
