install Tapi support in a remote enviroment

i'm hoping this wont require too much thinking out side of the box, but.....

3CX (v10.6) phone system installed on a local server in the office, but the business apps (connectwise, outlook, etc) are installed in a remote data center and we use Citrix XenApp to access / run all the programs. I am trying to figure out how i can use the 3cx tunnel and/or 3cx proxy manager to be able to install the Tapi serivce on the citrix server(s) so i can make phone calls from outlook or connectwise and it then tunnel it to the phone at the office.
