I looked at the Dashboard, and I just noticed my Install Type says, “On Premise.”

We have always been AWS Cloud, starting back in 2022 with v18, now v20.

Everything seems to work fine, with a few v20 exceptions as we settle in. Yet, I’m feeling a little unsettled about this incorrect designation.

Will this impact us, or should we just leave it alone? If needed, how could we change this status?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi there, this will not be an issue for you and nothing to worry about.
In your case, this is not 3CX-hosted, so it's a Self-hosted/ On-Premise install.
Did you by any chance in the past, use your license key and install on On-Premise ?

Thank you

We never used 3CX on the premise. We have been 100% cloud since day one. Odd.

All our clients are the same. I was told this is correct and would not/could not be changed.

Indeed, this is expected and it will show one or the other.
Have a nice day
