Install V18 on APU2 or APU4

Hi,

I am trying to install 3CX V18 on an APU2 /APU4 motherboard, I have already upgraded the motherboards firmware to the latest version V4.14.0.3 (according to PCEngines website)
I download the 3CX ISO from the 3CX website, go into tty mode to install.

Debian 10 is installed but no 3CX present.

I try the manual method starting with
wget -O- http://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3cxpbx/public.key | apt-key add -

then I get the message:

'Saving to: 'STDOUT'

- 100%[===================>] 1.15K --.-KB/s in 0s

E: gnupg, gnupg2 gnupg1 do not seem to be installed, but one of them is required for this operation

when installing the gnupg2 manually (also the other versions, gnupg1 and gnupg) I get the message:

E: Package 'gnupg2' has no installation candidate

Since I have installations at customers with 3CX V16 running on an APU2, there should be a possibility to run Debian 10 with V18 also on an APU2 or 4

Hopefully there is a wizard here that can help me.

You will need to reinstall Debian using the 3cx ISO, this will install the 3cx platform while the os is installed

This I did, as already stated in my text that I downloaded the 3CX ISO from the 3CX website.
But on the APU2, Debian Buster is not installed completely correctly and consequently 3CX is not installed either.

Hi,

I think you need to try add the repository who contains the gnupg-2 package with compatible version.
Did you try it ?

The 3CX ISO should've actually been enough for you to deploy 3CX.

I think you should first investigate why this is happening. At what exact step do you get stuck?

Have you tried both the 3CX v16 and 3CXv18 ISO files? Download the latest ISO files from the customer portal for both versions, do both fail?

I have more than 50 installations with APU2 of APU4 with Debian 9 V16.
This would be my first APU2 with debian 10 V18.

I do exactly the same with the V18 as I did with the V16 installations.
I have already done some installations of V18 on a ESX server without problems. So I think it's a APU problem, but I can't verify this for the moment.

I did already install debian 10 from the debian website, then manually install 3CX and I did it with the 3CX ISO file with the same problems.

What I'm trying now is to install ESX on a APU2, that way I can install all Debian versions.

I found this for ESX, it's installing for the moment and hope it will work!

mboot.c32 -c boot.cfg

Apend following line to set required kernel parameters to run installer in text mode and hit enter at the end.

kernelopt=text nofb com1_baud=115200 com1_Port=0x3f8 tty2Port=com1 gdbPort=none logPort=none ignoreHeadless=TRUE
