Installation not working

I installed the free edition of 3CX phone system and unable to get to panel

http://localhost:5481 is not working?
does you open the ports?
check is the services started properly maybe something is blocking, like firewall or router
wich version are u using? windows and so on

I already opened all the ports, but don't know if running IIS at the same time trying to launh 3CX has any effects as its complaining of an error Http Apache???????, using Windows XP

Its always been a straight forward install; I would strip out the install and try it again... the localhost link about should work on the host machine without any port forwarding....

i have uninstalled and installed again, even tried stopping iis to check if this would work???????, could there be a conflict with the original installation of php for iis???/
