installation problem [DONE]

Hello,

I've downloaded the last version of 3CX Phone System (april).

I try to install it on Windows 2000 Pro SP4 (clean system, windows 2K and service pack just installed, nothing else).
At the end, windows promts something like "install not complete, your system
was not modified" but all services of 3CX are presents and running (after
windows restart) except Phone System and Phone System Database.

When i try to start manually Phone System Database service, windows returns
"Access Denied".

I'm working with "Administrator" session and get all permissions and acces.

Any idea to help me ?
