The desktop app in version 20 has been deprecated. You can use the new 3cx softphone, which can be downloaded from the Windows app store.

You can use the latest one, but it is no longer under development and is deprecated in v20.

From the portal, you can download version 16 of the Legacy app, which still works. However, this app is no longer in development, either, although this client was never compromised.

You can download the latest desktop app version from within the webclient apps section.

Ensure that the 3cx system is running the latest version and that all updates have been done, (at least update 9 build 20).

Yes, just press the Apps section in your web client and download the client.

i have been able to get the version 18 of the Msi setup : 3CXDesktopApp-18.13.959
this will work with the version of the server i have ?

You could be using 3CX Webclient/PWA or a NEW Windows application that you can download from APPS >> Windows APP
its version is 20.0.424.0

From what i can see in your profile you are using 3CX Startup.
If you have another system and it's on V18, then no as its only for V20, and for V18 we recommend using 3CX Webclient/PWA
