Solved Instance manager install fail without error code.

I'm a reseller and I have a newly installed 16.0.655 on AWS Lightsail.
Following installation, I tried to enable Instance Manager, but it return this message:

The operation was canceled.

I don't have any idea about how to troubleshooting this issue: any help would be appreciated.

I've fount out that there were wrong time zone.
Once properly set, instance manager installation was flawless.
