Integrate 3cx with Other Systems

Hi all. Quite new to telephone systems. I am quite surprise how easy it was to configure up this system but i would like to intergrate it with another system i have (Zultys MX 30).

Can i set it up so it forwards calls from the 3cx to the zultys system and vice versa using Out bound rules etc. I have it on the bench at the moment so its just for testing at the moment

Hi hellopaul,

It should be OK for forwards calls from the 3CX to the Zultys System.

1. Setup a SIP truck for both 3cx and Zultys.
2. Setup Out bound rules at both PBXs. eg 81 for 3cx to Zultys ,83 for Zultys to 3cx.

To call extension 100 at Zultys from 3cx
- From any 3CX side dial 81100

To FWD all PSTN to 3CX EXT 100 to Zultys EXT 100
- At 3CX side set EXT 100 all FWD to 81100 (All PSTN call 3cx EXT 100 will FWD to Zultys EXT 100)
