Integrate ConnecWise CRM with 3CX

Just tested, there are no links to click on when viewing ConnectWise company or contact numbers for me. I re-installed the click to call extension as well...same results. I did just test adding a phone number to a note field and that did give me a link to click on and it worked...just not working in actual phone number fields (no link).

Rather than just pop up contact information, can we have it pop up a new ticket with the contacts info instead, or an option to choose what popup we get? The Voiptools 3CX CW plugin did this and it was a big time saver.

suggest it on ideas. For now contact information it is. From there you are half way if not there already on some crms..

Still having this issue ( click-to-call v9.14)...the click-to-call links will show up in a contact list view but not on the actual company or contact record. This is what I see...no link to click on...
