A live chat plugin works on a client's website with 3cx. He requests that this be integrated for my client's app running on iOS and Android.

Sample application;

There will be a button on the mobile application and if they want to make a voice call instead of chatting with the agent who will open the chat window, they will be able to press the button and make a voice conversation with the agent.
In fact, the summary of the project is to be able to run the 3cx live chat plugin entirely on iOS and Android applications.
My request from you is, can we make improvements by discussing this issue with the software team?

However, if the app is a webview, you can probably use the JS plugin anyway.
