Integrating 3CX with odoo ERP/CRM

Hello,

I needed to integrate odoo ERP/CRM with 3CX, is it possible?
Any one with any KBA?

We did it, using a custom proxy script and the XMLRPC API.

Some people did third-party modules on the Marketplace but I wouldn't recommend them as you have no way of knowing how long it will be supported.

You can use the 3CX CRM Template Generator to integrate the CRM with 3CX. Note however that assistance or troubleshooting in case of issues is offered only for tested/supported CRM's.

No, you can't with Odoo. It's not supported as it's not a REST API.

Standard methods will not work. Only third-party developments. Try solutions from colleagues or our https://creomate.com/3cx-webhook

Hi @vincent Kavila , I'm Pierre Locus, representing Nalios (an Odoo partner).
I did the full integration with the CRM Template with an Odoo module - in case you don't want to depend on third parties
You can find it in the Odoo Store: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/nalios_3cx_full/
It's for Odoo 16 but can be downgraded in case of need to older versions.

Is this something you would be willing to share? (For internal use). The third party apps is something that worries me as well.
