Integration - choose between ringing or picking up is gone

Since a couple of days we get strange things within the 3CX-Desktop App and 3CXWeb Client.
Normally, when we use the integration, we could choose between ringing or picking up.
This is now suddenly gone.

Integration is not working anymore now.
What have you done?

Just wait for U5 and it will be back.

We have about 150 locations who are using this.

It shouldn't be too long to release, it's on Beta 2 right now.
