hello,

I am trying to integrate 3cx into our ODOO CRM, I have generated and tested the xml integration template, but we are trying to add it to the 3cx server on the "parameters/CRM integration" section, it gives me the message following.
"functionality not available with your version"

for those who have integrated 3cx into their CRM do you have a solution to that or you have to buy a dedicated PRO version.

You need to use a Pro or Enterprise license for the CRM integration.

You cannot use it with the free license.

I tested it on a startup free version and a startup pro version but it doesn't work

StartUP doesn't have any CRM integration for now and you would not be able to configure one as it is in the Management Console.

You probably meant the dedicated Pro and Free. Pro should work if your license is correctly activated.

On the Dashboard, beside "Product".

Also, June 2023 sounds like the free version which would make sense. You will need to contact your partner and upgrade to Pro at least, which is cheap yearly.

De plus, juin 2023 ressemble à la version gratuite, ce qui aurait du sens. Vous devrez contacter votre partenaire et passer au moins à Pro, ce qui est bon marché chaque année.

That is Standard, so Free version.
