Hi a few of our desktop app clients have lost the setting in the integration settings panel to select "Ringing" or "Connected"

And to make matters worse its defaulting to "Connected" the exact opposite of what we want.

We use this feature to launch or own CRM based call popup (all developed in house)

Can anyone shed any light on why this has dissapeared but only for some clients.

Hello @uhs-roycruse

The option in reference can be found in Settings > Audio/Video at the bottom of the page.

It's back in U5. Make sure the app is up-to-date as well.

This is a totally different integration section that launches an executable file (on a side note why are these settings in the audio visual section of the settings !!!) - the section I'm referring to is in the "integration" section of the settings and launches a URL with its default protocol handler

Yes, and as I said, the option is back in U5 for Settings > Integration.

That being said, you could still use the executable launcher, as you can put chrome in there and set the argument as the URL.

Yeah thats what im doing as a work around on the few clients that have lost the settings - but seeing as there is ZERO ability to deploy settings to the client from the web interface provisioning system or from GPO im trying to save myself having to manually go to 70+ computers to change the settings.

Its about time we had either GPO deployable settings or a way to set settings from the console for these clients - even if they just stored the settings in the registry i could set certain things across all of our clients automatically - i cant be the only person wishing for that functionality. its ludicrous having to manually deploy the phone client.
