integration on my own crm

hi hope you all ok. i have just recently joined 3cx and i am loving it. recently I have started integration on my own CRM which is a web base. so right now I am using 3cx integration which allows me when ever i answer a phone call it automatically opens a URL page and shows me the customers number and name. so these 2 variables I use they are working fine.

• %CallerNumber% which will contain the incoming caller ID.
• %CallerDisplayName% which will contain incoming display names

the issue I am having is now I need which phone number is the customer actually dialing. so what will happen automatically every number in my inbound rule will automatically open a different URL page.
I run a call answering service for restaurants so every restaurant is connected to a different number which is in my inbound rules. and every restaurant is connected to a different menu so I want every time one particular restaurant number rings his menu pops up. I have been told by my tech person you need to get a new variable from 3cx. please can you help me thanks.

You can't do this with the CRM integration but we did that for a customer using the CFD and some call data variables.

so all i need is call data variables to add onto my 3cx is that possible?

Yes, the call goes through a CFD and in there you can grab the DID and CID and merge that with the URL, set that as the right call data value and then transfer it to your desired destination.

With that, the URL will get opened automatically on answering the call as the app will detect the URL in the call data.
