Integration syntax

Hi,

I'm trying to achieve something similar as this thread:https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/erp-integration.83442/
The idea is that when the phone rings, the 3CX desktop app launches my application using the %CallNumber% as an argument so that our ERP knows who is calling.
However, I'm struggling with the syntax.


Is this the right syntax?

From there you can only configure an URL with HTTP or HTTPS protocol. In order to launch an executable, you need to go to Settings > Audio/Video > External application:
