Integration with Aurea CRM

Hi,
We have created account on 3cx platform with free subscription. We would like to integrate our CRM with this tool, but the issue here is that our CRM works with Tapi 2.XX.
I have read multiple threads on this forum, and I have found a potential solution and this is to install Multi-Line TAPI plugin. I have already done this and now our CRM is finding the device and the extension defined in the plugin, but when we are trying to establish connection we receive error like the one attached. Did someone encountered such error ? Maybe this is related with the subscription type ? If it is, is it possible to switch to some trial version which will have all features enabled ? We would like to test the integration before we will buy the solution.

The integration with TAPI requires a PRO or ENT license key. The free subscription should work as long as it is PRO or ENT.

You need to install 3CXPlugins and select TAPI, as described here:

Please also note that this is not a full implementation of TAPI. This is limited to the following:
- When you receive an inbound call, your TAPI application will be notified.
- You can make outbound calls from your TAPI application.
- You can drop an established call from your TAPI application.

Anything else will not work. For example, you can't answer a call, or transfer a call. So before you move on, ensure that you're OK with this limited feature set.

Also, please note that this is a client side integration, which works with the 3CX client for Windows. So, you need to have this client installed in your agent's PC running Windows, and configure TAPI for each client PC. This is not something that you install on the 3CX server.
