Integration with CRM in the cloud

Good morning, we are trying to integrate our CRM with 3CX and a question arises, is it possible to connect the API with a 3CX that is not in the local network?
The scenario is as follows: 3CX hosted in data center 1, CRM hosted in data center 2, CRM clients connect via remote desktop from the office.

Yes, you can connect to a on-prem API. However, 3CX expects HTTPS and it is recommended to use it, even locally.
