Hello,
We have our own web CRM based on Java solutions, and explore the possibilities of integration it with various PBXes. One of them is 3CX.

From what I found in your documentation, you provide two methods of integration - HTTP API and Call Control API. First one is very simple and will not fit our requirements (eg. display popup in web browser when somebody is calling). The other seems OK, but is written in .NET :/ Do you have any experience with integration 3CX software with Java applications natively (maybe JNI bridge?) or do you have any Web Service wrapper for this API?

Regards,
Krzysztof Gołębiowski

Hello again,
Now I know there is a 3CX Phone for Windows API :) It's hard to more around your website. There is something wrong with hyperlinks in 3CX API's section in http://www.3cx.com/support/integrating-3cx-phone-system/, both list items 3CX API and Take Control of Calls on 3CX with the Call Control API lead to Call Control API.

Anyway, this allows me to write .NET application on the client side. I don't know if it is a right approach for integrating our web CRM.

Hello people! I don't want any specific instructions, I need only few words of guidance that tell me if this path right, or I should try something completely different. I'm sure there is somebody with similar experiences.

Regdards and thanks in advance for any response,
KG

Hi kgolebiowski,
Have you any solution ? I also need integration with our CRM application - but this is not web, but desktop.
When you will have any info to this, please send me also info.

Many thanks

Although the following link may be helpful -

http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cx-http-api/

You can do a search for virtually anything on the 3CX website and get info pertinent to your query.

Hi Ineblett,
Thanks for the information.
This I was read - but this is for the web-based application. As I write, I look for the solution integration for the desktop CRM, not web-based CRM. Then I cannot use this http - api.
I also try search information on the 3CX website, but yet I was not found any solution.
May be will be enough have any TAPI driver for 3CX.

Thanks
Jaro
