How do i get the automatic phone log pop up in CRM Dynamics 365 online with Unified View?

When you receive an inbound call from a contact in Dynamics, the contact page will be automatically launched in a new browser tab. That's how this integration works.

@edossantos, I currently have it configured and it's working on classic view but I switch to unified view, it no longer pops up. Any ideas why?

The popup is the Web Client launching the contact URL in a new browser tab. Is this not happening anymore? Or the URL doesn't work?

The behavior of the 3CX Web Client is the same, no matter if you use unified view or not. I would like to see a screenshot of what you see in the Web Client when you receive an inbound call from an existing contact.

OK, and what happens when you change Dynamics to unified view? The URL launched by the 3CX Web Client will be the same. Do you see this URL being launched in a new browser tab?

It launches in a new tab but in classic view, not in unified view

Yes, because that's the Contact URL provided by the CRM.

There is no setting to change this. If you want to change it, you would need to identify the Contact URL when you're in the unified view, and then edit the XML template provided by us to use that URL instead.
