Integration with Third Party CRM

Hello Sir
We want to create our own plugin on widnows so we followed the steps in the below article :

We have follow the same steps but when we copied the new DLL, there is no any action happened . We think that the DLL is not registered or the server is not see it althougth we modify the config file like in the instructions.

Appreciate support us to be sure that the DLL is registered correct and the code which we wrote it in our own plugin is invoked.

Hello @siscom,

Please check the 3CXPhone for Windows logs from "%AppData%\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs", so you can check if there is any error loading the DLL. Please note that this feature is only available for PRO licenses, so if you have a STD license, then 3CXPhone will not load the DLL.
