Intercepted calls by 3CX mobile apps not counted in answered / not answered ring group statistics

Hi!

Each day, we want to make sure our receptionists are able to pickup each call comming from external numbers.

We use this report type:




We have noticed that calls "intercepted" by a person withing a Ring Group, with the mobile app, are not counted in this report.

In this example, extension #183 has intercepted a couple of calls (using the mobile app), and the report shows "0":


We are at version 16.0.9

Hi @JohnStJohn,

This happens when using the mobile app whether answering or using *20*.

It has already been reported to us and is indeed a bug. It is currently being looked at and should be resolved soon.
