Intercom disconnects at 32sec

What would cause the intercom to disconnect after 32sec every time?
Cloud hosted on vultr, linux based vm, on newest version.

Using fanvil x6u phones.

32 seconds would seem to indicate that no ACK message happened, and the call timed out. Check the Activity Log to confirm.

This is what I found in the activity log. Nothing sticks out to me but then again I suck at reading these.

In this case it does not seem to involve a no ACK. The call was terminated by this IP...
