Intercom

I have running 3cx pro version 12 service pack 6.2 with polycom soundpoint ip 550/650 phones. Want to setup auto-answer for intercom. *9(ext number) dials the phone but I can't figure out how to get the phone to auto answer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately this feature is not supported by these handsets, so this can't be done.

It is supported and functions on freePBX. If it can work on one platform it should be able to work on other platforms.

Hi there,
To clarify, those handsets support intercom calls in the manufacturer's own way, which is non standard and differs from the others brands supported, so intercom in the polycom way is not implemented in 3cx at current.
