I have a Cisco / Linksys SPA3102 connected to 3CX. It's successfully registered and makes outgoing calls perfectly.
Incoming calls are only received under 2 conditions:
1. The device was recently rebooted (in under a minute or so)
2. An outgoing call was recently made (again within a minute or so)
If I view the Info page of the 3102, it says:
Hook State: On
PSTN State: Idle
So it does not seem to even be detecting the incoming call.
Has anyone ever come across this issue?
