When making a call to my Digital Receptionist the call fails, with the voice telling me the destination is unreachable.
In the activity logs I see the following message:

C:1 Failed to build divert target EndCall.DisabledByFwdRule; fail reason = NotAvailable

Can you please double-check where your DID is assigned? If it is routed to the IVR, check the Active Calls section in the Admin Console dashboard to confirm that the test call reaches the IVR. Then, review the IVR settings to ensure the destination is correctly configured for proper call routing.

The DID is assigned to the IVR directly.

When calling 80 (IVR) I see the following in the active calls:1740070938275.png

Do you work with a 3CX partner who can open a support ticket on your behalf?

If you manage the system yourself and can provide the necessary technical data, you also have the option to purchase a support ticket directly.

Hi

in case this thread is still open?
- can you clarify if you have done any simple call flow debug scenario already?
- for example, don't test first with the Digital reception as the endpoint for the call flow.
- rather first a simple thing such as (single DID) > bound onto a single EXT
- make sure that EXT is active softphone client or web client agent
- make sure that EXT may dial outbound to an external number / call flows as expected.
- then do test inbound call from that EXT > make sure it rings to this EXT/client device properly
- then try to setup your IVR/Digital reception, bind the DID to that, re-test the flow for inbound call.
If things are not misconfigured, the call should simply flow painlessly
(ie, you have a greet message recorded and uploaded? test play of IVR greet is good? a few possible actions configured in the IVR? such as 'press 1 to get to my active EXT?" ?

I can possibly give a few more light-bulb testing debug suggestions if that might be helpful.

sometimes by having a dialog around what you have / not tried - might be all that is necessary for you to find the solution presenting itself to you (?)
